MEET OUR TEAM
Trish Thomas, RDH, BA
Trish is a registered dental hygienist. She is originally from southern Florida but has lived in Colorado since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2000 and her degree in dental hygiene at the Community College of Denver in 2004. She is passionate about helping people improve and maintain good oral health.
Trish enjoys mountain biking, nordic skiing, snowboarding, camping and playing outdoors in beautiful Durango with her two boys.
Toni Kendall
Toni is a San Diego native. She relocated in 2022 from the sunny shores of California to this beautiful mountain town. She is happy to be living closer to her family that has resided in Durango for 30 years. Toni has been helping people smile since 1998 when she started her dental career. She strives to give our patients a friendly, positive and professional dental experience.
Jennifer Mcmillen
Jennifer was born and raised in Fort Wayne Indiana.She has an undergraduate degree in both Public Relations and Speech Communication as well as a Masters Degree in Merchandise Marketing. Jennifer briefly lived in Durango from 1996-1998 but decided to moved to Florida to be closer to family. During her time in Florida she spent 10 years as a manager at Mark Loren Designs. In 2016 she decided to make the move back to Durango. Jennifer joined the Twin Buttes Dental Family in June 2018 and is thoroughly enjoying the career change. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Jesse and their 4 dogs. When she isn’t working you can find her hiking, gardening, reading, traveling or spending time with her family on Flathead Lake in Montana during the summer.
Rebecca Green
Rebecca was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona but has lived in Colorado since 2007. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management. She has worked front office and bookkeeping at the Twin Buttes Dental practice for 4+ years. Her husband and four kids keep her very busy outside the office with activities and never ending laundry. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, mountain biking, cross country skiing and anything outdoors. Rebecca loves her time in the office getting to know our wonderful patients and the challenge of running a dental office.
